We had never met an agent like Lara before. She changed for me what it meant to be a realtor. She was terrific. It was amazing to watch her in action and to see the energy and care she put into all she did. She worked so hard to make sure we got the best price for our unit. We were selling the condominium that our parents used for 40 years. It had many emotional ties and as we lived in England we also did not understand the American process. Lara held our hand through the whole journey and through every part of the transaction. She was always caring and patient in her dealings with us knowing how much the place meant to us. She did not just market our flat, but she helped with every process along the way. She had an eye and attention to detail to help us present the flat in best way possible. She advised on what we needed to clear, and helped us find names of contractors to clear as we were foreign to the area. She spent time on getting the photos right, at the right time of day. She helped us deal with getting all the information required from the management company of the condominium who were not always forthcoming so that we would have everything ready to present to a buyer. When we did get a buyer, she then helped us through the legal and accounting process to help close the deal..she anticipated all the challenges and tried to be ahead of them. 2020: we did not see that coming! We listed our house in December of 2019 with Lara Goodwin, not knowing how 2020 was going to unfold. Lara Goodwin was one of the best realtors we have ever had: energetic, diligent, exacting, persistent, and punctual. Somehow, during the pandemic, Lara generated a lot of showings, and our house sold and closed, and she even brought us a full priced offer! She followed up on every lead, she had creative marketing ideas, she was honest with us, and she was always on time and prepared. As a bonus, she was also delightful and we truly enjoyed working with her.

We really enjoyed working with Lara. She was on top of every step of our transaction and was super easy to work with. She even went as far as getting on her hands and knees with the inspector to try and get the fireplace to work. Anyway, Lara treated us like her family and we would absolutely recommend her to help someone find their next home.

Lara has exceptional professional skills. Her appropriateness and facilitation of ALL her dealings having to do with the sale of our home and matters with all the other parties involved (Our building, inspectors, attorneys, real estate salesperson, wiring instructions exact dates and times) were done expeditiously to completion for every detail, or “snag”, and the negotiation process. Lara has the ability to handle all of what’s needed and the energy to get the job done - no matter what it takes. We cannot thank her enough for the, truly, remarkable job she did for us. Note: She was working on three properties at the same time for us and we felt as if we were her only client. Say no more. Definitely utilize Lara in ANY real estate dealings you may have.
