Lara Goodwin is an exceptional professional. I was nervous about selling my condo in Pompano Beach. I had recently remodeled my condo and wanted to sell it "turn key" but was worried the listing price would be too high for the area. Lara presented me with research right away and steered me towards a listing price that she thought would satisfy my expectations and allow it to sell quickly. When we decided to sell our Florida Condominium last year we were recommended a realtor who truly did nothing for 9 months . Then we were introduced to Lara. We decided to ask her to do the sale for us. We could not have met someone more conscientious, determined, attentive and caring. Coming from England, we were not familiar with the market or the requirements and she helped us step by step to make sure everything that needed to be done was done, be it with the legals, with the condo association, with the accountants. Faster than a speeding bullet…If you plan to sell your home, Lara Goodwin is your person. Lara is incredibly detail oriented, noting everything positive in your home. Her negotiating skills are far beyond anyone I have ever dealt with. Lara sold my place in two days of it being on the market.
