Lara Goodwin did a fantastic job helping us sell our villa in Delray Beach. She determined the best listing price and worked tirelessly to help us prepare the property for sale. Lara prepared beautiful pictures and listing documents, which immediately generated interest from many prospective buyers. Due to her efforts we were able to sell our villa in record time, for more than we expected. Whether it was the need to find painters or locksmiths, or getting the homeowners association to fix a roof and provide the necessary documents for closing, Lara always expended an incredible amount of energy on our behalf.
