I have been looking for a home in Boca Raton for a few years without any luck. I met Lara in May of 2021 and within a month she found me a home, in a very tough market for buyers, that I absolutely love at a very fair price. She held my hand through the entire process making sure everything went smoothly. She is a consummate professional, paying attention to every detail. Buying a home is a stressful process. Lara finds a way to minimize the stress with class, commitment, and honesty. If I’m ever in the market for another home in South Florida, I wouldn’t think twice about using her again. Lara Goodwin.You get what you pay for in life, including selling real estate in the USA. When we first met Lara Goodwin from Sotheby’s we were surprised at the cost of selling our home. In the UK an estate agent will cost you no more than 1.5% of the purchase price and you can list with multiple agents. The difference is vast and truly worth it and it makes a difference to deal with a trained professional.Lara was amazing on first meeting, truly knowledgeable, warm, friendly and most of all confident in what she was doing. Leave it to me, this is what I do best, is what she said. Her marketing was to the point and her attention to detail including the photography of the house surpassed expectationsLara was always available to show the house, early morning or late at night and the gaps in between. She also took time to show off the area, the beach and the surroundings and truly enthused about the house.Needless to say she sold it well and I am beyond pleased with the price we achieved.I cannot recommend Lara highly enough to you. She is the best !

Lara is an exceptional individual and her determination, creativity and enthusiasm for real estate separates her from average agents! Like many people shopping in today’s market, I was overwhelmed, underprepared and nervous about securing a home. My current rental lease was running out and I did not have much time to waste. A friend recommended Lara and she did not disappoint. She wasted no time in setting up an “intake” call to get to know me, my needs and establish an efficient system for working together. She was determined to scour the neighborhood and found a beautifully renovated townhouse that was perfect for me! I did not want to get too excited because I know how competitive this market is. We interviewed several realtors prior to listing our home. I contacted neighbors Lara represented and they both raved about working with her. Lara is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, culture and lifestyle which is the extra connection many buyers need. From start to finish, Lara communicates often with detail and explanation.
