First off, Josh listens and he listens well! He didn't push homes on us that he truly didn't think we'd want to consider for purchase. Josh follows up and responds to questions very quickly. Josh's charm exudes by his politeness and his excitement show you the Melbourne area of which he knows and loves.

Josh was amazing and I'd recommend him to anyone I know. He knows the Brevard market like the back of his hand and helped my wife and I find the perfect home. We met Josh through Zillow and quickly chose him as our realtor because of his quick response time and willingness to work with us even though we were out of state and high maintenance! We carved out a few days here and there to see homes and while in GA even had Josh go and see some for us. Ultimately we bought a home (after a hard run in this market) and love it. We couldn't have done it without Josh!
