Housing search put you through the wringer? Better call Singer! Highly recommend if you travel for work or are moving to Brevard County from out of state. Josh will accommodate your stressful, sometimes unstable situation of purchasing your home on the go. His connections to Local LICENSED Inspectors, appraisers, and Lenders will make your process go a lot smoother and will go easy on your wallet, and on top of that using Josh's services will open you to great properties from sellers who prefer doing business with local lenders as opposed to national lenders. I made the mistake of applying for my home loan through a national bank, and jumped through hoops for six months on sending the same paperwork/paystubs every few weeks, and cycling through properties that I was highly interested in just to get it rejected by the bank for one reason or another. Until I found a 3 bed 2 bath duplex in my desired part of town, newly renovated, and a lower price than average of the town. I signed the contracts from the seller, the property was inspected, and everything was great. Until 1 week before closing, the national bank didn't send an appraiser to this property FOR 3 WEEKS!!! They ignored mine and Josh's calls to find out what's going on; and his recommendations for a qualifying appraiser! This unprofessionalism held things up, to the point where the seller was going to drop everything after the closing date. At that point I was ready to give up and go back to renting, Josh stepped in and negotiated with the seller for an extension. And hooks me up with a local a local lender who not only sends an appraiser while the Bank ignores me, I paid lower closing cost than I would have with the bank. Apr 14th 2022 Im a homeowner! Josh was paramount to the process. And I can't fully express how much he helped me in one review, however I can tell you that if you find yourself in Brevard County, and your not working with Josh , you're doing yourself and your family a disservice. I implore you to WORK. WITH. THE. LOCALS. you will not regret it.
