Not only was Josh super helpful and informative, but went above and beyond to make sure any and all needs were addressed.Being in a bit of a time crunch, there were days when I had Josh schedule 5-8 showings and we plowed through them. Josh and I were connected through a mutual friend and coworker, so I knew I was in good hands right from the start and he proved it every step of the way. It certainly wasn't a straightforward process as I needed to sell my house out of state, move to Florida, find a short term rental, move out of the rental, and then close on a house in about 6 weeks. Josh was cool as a cucumber and guided me through the whole process with knowledge and confidence. He drove me to showings, responded to my evening and weekend texts, played intermediary and negotiator during inspection time (reduced selling price, new roof and seller credits), and got me my perfect house! I highly recommend Josh for all your house hunting needs.

Due to certain circumstances beyond our control, Josh had a positive attitude on my roller coaster ride and succeeded in securing our new home.
