This one is difficult for me because many North Gables restaurants are rich in culinary excellence. My suggestion: try them all! You will not be disappointed with the variety.

My favorite dish is La Doradas Lubina a la Sal, a delicious Sea Bass cooked perfectly in a bed of sea salt. Bullas Happy Hour is always exciting; the Moscow Mule is my favorite.
