ZEN ZONE
Think youre too busy to meditate? Theres no excuse now that Miami Beach claims a drop-in meditation studio right off Lincoln Road. Innergy Meditation, Miamis first studio to focus exclusively on the trendy practice, opened Monday. Rather than get preachy, the concept delivers a modernized moment of Zen just as if one were picking up a Panther coffee. Private and group classes (30-45 minutes each) are available daily for meditators of all levels. Founders Andrea Lubell and Paul Silitsky make it even easier by offering packages or pay as you go classes. Their cozy, sound-proof studio eliminates urban noises, so clients can get down to the business of quieting the chatter in their heads. Other perks are floor cushions, a tea and juice bar, and a boutique to further your practice.
