Chef Matthew Kenney continues his vegetarian mission with plnthouse at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach. The restaurant marks his second location in Miami, the first being Plant Food + Wine in Wynwood. As its abbreviated name implies, his follow-up is more casual and only serves breakfast and lunch. The bahn mi sandwich substitutes pork with ginger-roasted eggplant and lentil pt. Carrot ginger kelp noodles, one of the bowl options, dont leave you dragging the rest of the day. But the menu isnt limited to healthy salads and smoothies. Have your cake (or cocktail) and eat it toomango cheesecake with pistachio crust and lime curd; and prosecco with blood orange juice and hibiscus-dandelion root. Its the perfect complement to the adjacent Spartan Gym and Bamford Haybarn Spa.

Treat spring breakers to Faena Theaters new family-friendly Magique show. Miami-based fine jewelry designer Daniella Kronfle has joined luxury European houses like Cartier and Harry Winston with her new boutique in the Miami Design District. Eduardo Sesma, a former senior designer for Yabu Pushelberg, designed the 650-square-foot, eponymous salon in her signature hue, orchid purple. Crystal chandeliers illuminate diamond-shaped vitrines, while sketches of the Ecuadorian designers hand-crafted pieces show her process. She counts Eva Longoria and Chrissy Teigen among her clientele for quirky stones such as black diamonds and lemon citrine, as well as unusual combinations, from white agate and pink sapphire to tigers eye and tsavorite. For tonights invitation-only reception benefitting Nicklaus Childrens Hospital, attendees can browse the new collection, Midnight Color Code, and mainstays like bold, colorful Wanderlust and nature-inspired Mosaico di Luce.

DASHI DOCKS
River Yacht Club, which celebrated its first anniversary last month, added a second eatery for Japanese cuisine cravings. Dashi opens tomorrow with chef Shuji Hiyakawa (pictured) behind the sushi bar. The Japan native mastered his craft at Morimoto in Philadelphia, and Kuro in Hollywood, Fla. Separate from the clubs main dining concept, his 80-seat inner-sanctum features calm, minimalist dcor with a water view from nearly every vantage. Gather friends or make new ones around two communal tables or sidle up to the bar for an array of sakes and Japanese whiskeys. Sashimi platters shine with his more interesting selection of seafood flown in from Japan (golden eye snapper, sea urchin, horse mackerel). Hamachi shabu-shabu salad could suffice as a meal. Hot dishes range from udon to five-spiced duck.
