Cool Concept
Whether it was Good Humor or another ice cream truck, everyone remembers the thrill of hearing its familiar tune as a kid and running out to the street for a cool treat on a summer day. Wynwood Parlor takes the concept to the next level with its artisanal ice cream sandwiches sold from a graffiti-painted food truck. Customize your order by choosing from an array of baked goods including cookies, waffles and brownies, ice cream flavors and toppings from rainbow sprinkles to Fruity Pebbles. Popular concoctions are Guinness chocolate chip ice cream between double chocolate cookies, and vanilla ice cream between banana wafers. So far, theyre sticking to Wynwood and Miami Flea pop-ups but plan to expand to South Beach in July. Book them for events of all kinds too.
