Daniel de la Vega elaborated onthe market stats and trends found in the newest TRENDS Report, announcing the average sales price for ONE SIR listings was $1.3 million which is the top in the industry.In 2015 ONE SIRwas #1 by average sales volume per agent in Dade and Broward "In 2016 we will continue to dominate the market," said de la Vega. Special guest Philip White, CEO of Sotheby's Realty, presented an overview of corporate initiatives whileMarketing Director Karina Lopez and Creative Director Alessandra Hopfinger shared the 2016 marketing initiatives with the attending brokers.They also announcedONE SIR's newest resource, the first mobile app for pre-construction developments.
