Yoo at Metropica is officially under construction! Metropica developer Scott Leventhal of Trillist and architect Chad Oppenheim were both in attendance to celebrate the projects groundbreaking.
One Thousand Museum held a 24-hour concrete pour with approximately 900 truckloads pouring 9,500 cubic yards of concrete. This completed the foundation and signaled the beginning of vertical construction on the 62-story building.
