Ritz Carlton Residences - A Family Affair

  • By
  • Posted

The Ritz Carlton Residences in Miami Beach are being developed by Lionheart Capital, a Miami Beach real estate investment and development firm. The condominium building at 4701 Meridian Avenue will offer 126 residences including 111 units in a 9-story condo building and 15 single-family homes. The location was carefully selected away from Collins which is considered to be more transient by the developer.

Their goal was to create a family-friendly building which would appeal to locally based families. As construction gets underway, considerations regarding amenities are being defined. Services will include 24-hour concierge, a spa and a restaurant managed by Ritz-Carlton, a private screening room, and a pool deck with waterfalls and cabanas.

The protected waterfront views through glass exteriors on all four sides are another major selling point. Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni is also adding more value, contributing a contemporary design to units with 12 foot ceilings, large terraces, and plunge pools. The prices will start around $2million and go to $25 million for penthouses which command 10,000 square feet.

Buyers will be able to visit the sales gallery within the next month. The development team is hoping to launch in time for Art Basel. See more of the ONE Sothebys International condos on Miami Beach in our site.
