Team ONE SIR Walks for Women in Distress in Broward

Through involvement with various local organizations in Miami-Dade and Broward, associates display their commitment to strengthening neighbors through good works. Our agents partnered with Women in Distress, Lotus House Shelter, and CIFO Art Foundation.

In honor of Octobers National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Team ONE SIR, participated in last Saturdays Women in Distress of Broward County 5K Walk/Run. The 15th annual event raised awareness and funds for Broward County programs. These programs benefit victims of abuse by supporting their mission to stop domestic violence abuse for everyone through intervention, education, and advocacy. Though the early morning event marked our first year as supporters of this great cause, the money raised by Team ONE SIR represented a significant portion of total funds.
