The spectacular Serpentine Sackler Gallery designed by world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid celebrated its grand opening on September 28th, and our team was there to witness the milestone. ONE Sothebys International Realty Founder and CEO Mayi de la Vega along with Liza Lamar of the One Thousand Museum Sales and Marketing team visited London for the occasion. And, had the opportunity to tour the gallery and attend a special dinner with tastemakers and influencers in the architecture, art and design world.
The Serpentine Sackler Gallery was formerly a gunpowder store that has now been magnificently transformed by the architectural mastermind Zaha Hadid. The new space will feature an art gallery, restaurant and social space. Its first exhibition spotlights works by Argentine artist Adrian Villar Rojas.
