REAL Trends/ The Wall Street Journal has named ONE Sothebys brokers Jorge Uribe, Eloy Carmenate and Mayi de la Vega among Americas top producing real estate professionals. This annual awards ranking recognizes the top one half of one perfect of more than 963,000 licensed REALTORS nationwide. Jorge Uribe, the firms Senior Vice President, ranked No. 32 among the 2013 Top 250 Individual Real Estate Professionals by Transaction Volume.

Uribe had a total sales volume of $149.8 million. Executive Vice President Eloy Carmenate was named No. 56, with transaction volume of $109.5 million. The firms Founder & CEO, Mayi de la Vega, was ranked No. 118, with sales volume of $75 million.

ONE Sothebys has also been ranked by 2013 REAL Trends 500 as No. 102 of the top 500 brokerage companies in the U.S. by closed sales volume, jumping from No. 145 in 2012. With an average sales price of $1,114,944, the firm is listed amongst the top 50 firms by average home sales prices. This proves that ONE Sothebys continues to be the fastest growing luxury real estate firm in South Florida, with eight local offices and over 300 agents.
