Locals and visitors alike will be looking up at the skies this weekend as the Lauderdale Air Show returns for a fresh, rebranded start after a five-year hiatus. From beach or ocean, spectators will enjoy thrilling views of extreme aircraft acrobatics by top military and civilian pilots. This year, the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will headline the show with patriotic pride along with the U.S. Navy Seals parachute team. The B-1 Bomber will also make a grand entrance in the waterfront skies. Civilian pilots include the Black Diamond Jet Team, GEICO Skytypers and Freestyle Aerobatic World Champion Rob Holland.
