On Saturday, February 27th a selected group of social media savvy guests, got together for the first ever Open House Crawl, sponsored along with Buick and Espirito Santo Bank. The entire day was an amazing experience, which gave participants a chance to see four of the most exclusive One Sothebys properties on the market as they drove around town in the new 2011 Buick Regals, Lacross and Enclave. The crawl started off at Brickell Motors and the caravan headed to the first stop of the tour- 5 Tahiti Beach in Coral Gables.

At this 11,533 sq. ft sprawling mansion, complete with its own private beach, the group enjoyed outdoor massages and the breathtaking view of the bay. After exploring 5 Tahiti Beach, they hit the road towards Coconut Grove to see 3650 Klebba Lane, a historic mansion built by legendary architect DeGarmo for Hugh Matheson. The group munched on gourmet bites and James Venney, VP of Residential Lending at Espirito Santo Bank, gave an informative presentation about the current real estate lending conditions.

The tour continued on to 300 Greenwood Drive in Key Biscayne, which was like taking a detour to Key West! At this tropical home everyone was greeted with refreshments and delicious pastries and even a Jimmy Buffet style serenade. After soaking in the island life the group headed towards the W South Beach Residences to end the day with a touch of modern luxury. At the W it was all about the high-end amenities and a picture perfect sight from the spacious balcony of South Beach below. From historic to uber modern, each One Sothebys property showed a different type of South Florida luxury lifestyle.

The participants tweeted all throughout the day, sharing the adventure with their followers and making the hashtag #BuickOHCrawl a Twitter Trending Topic for Miami. At the end of the crawl the group gathered back at Brickell Motors, where Buick gave out prizes for the best tweets and goodie bags to all the crawlers. It was a great day of social media, real estate, automobiles and fun- looking forward to doing it again soon!On Saturday, February 27th a selected group of social media savvy guests, got together for the first ever Open House Crawl, sponsored along with Buick and Espirito Santo Bank.
