We had originally started working with Josh to find a rental house but then decided to buy one instead. Like a real-life version of House Hunters, we looked at 3 properties in one weekend and fell in love with the third house. Interestingly, house #3 wasn't even on our list of places to tour. Josh told us about this house we just needed to see so we thought we would appease him and take a look. The minute we walked in the door, we knew this was the house for us. That's because Josh has this amazing instinct for real estate and listens to what it is you are REALLY looking for in a house - and then finds it for you. Josh literally made our beach-life dreams come true! Josh was amazing to work with. He sent relevant listings within our price range. He was never pushy and was always quick to answer our questions. When we flew into Florida, he made sure that we saw the houses we wanted to. He took his time letting us look at everything and was readily available to answer our questions. Unfortunately, we ended up buying in another state and weren't able to work with Josh in that aspect. Josh was even extremely excited for us in that we found what we were looking for. I'd highly recommend Josh for anyone to work with.

Josh is a great guy to work with and did an excellent job on the sale of my beachside home. He made the process as easy as possible, put together a great marketing plan for the sale, and gave sound advice during negotiations with a 'challenging' buyer. If you are looking for a realtor, choose Josh. He is very easy to work with, has so many connections in the area, is super knowledgable, and knows the Space Coast. Along with helping us find a property, he went above and beyond sharing market trends, performing CMA on properties, and being available to us always. We felt comfortable telling him what we liked / did not like which was huge for us. If you work with him, the process will be super smooth and low stress.

Josh was just incredible! He came in at the beginning and was professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The task of selling our house was not easy, but he came through with great ideas , and held open houses most weekends until it sold. Everything is electronic now, too, which really sped things up.
