We chose Frederique to help us find and buy our first home. The process was incredibly smooth. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, and based on our criteria provided us with a curated list of homes she had selected for us. That meant that we only visited homes that we were likely to buy. She organized all the visits so that we could do several at a time. Her knowledge of the market helped us make the right decision when we found 'the one'. Her negotiation skills and approach allowed us to secure the signature. She is highly professional, reliable and efficient. Her style is straight forward, organized and energetic. We also used her network of professionals for the financing part - we didn't realize how important the communication between all the parties is in the purchasing process until then. The fact that they are used to working with Frederique made things so much easier and benefited us greatly. You are in good hands with her. We were at first assigned Frédérique by One Sotheby‘s international; we then went on to interview representatives from all other large realtor firm in the area and set our choice on Frédérique. Working with Frédérique was an absolutely outstanding experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every individual building, having worked here in Miami in real estate for decades. I was not able to spend time in Miami while looking. After looking in person together with her for a few days almost a year ago, we did many FaceTime walk-throughs, and in some cases she emailed me videos.
Finally when I decided on my dream apt, she took care of follow up. She knew the best real estate lawyer and the best inspection people, and she took care of the final walkthrough.
Frédérique was always totally focused on finding the right fit for me. Never once did she urge me to hurry up. She always had my best interest at heart and showed an enormous amount of patience as it was a slow process. I strongly recommend working with Frédérique.

Frederique went above and beyond ensuring we found and purchased the perfect house for us. She took the time to get to know us and our needs. She always gave frank feedback and advice on properties. She was able to guide us on how to make an appealing offer in a competitive market. Once we found the perfect place, she expertly managed the whole process and always kept us up to date on what needed to be done on our side. She ensured there was constant and clear communication with mortgage broker, selling agent and legal advisor throughout the contract and closing process. She was able to recommend excellent third parties for any work we needed to get done during the contract period and once we had purchased the house. We would definitely work with Frederique again and highly recommend her services.
