My family and I met Frederique a few years ago when we arrived in Miami looking for a rental. After that and because she was already very serious and helpfull, we asked her some help when we decided to buy a house. Frederique knows perfectly the market and the processes. Frederique helps us to find our dream home in Coral Gables!! She is an active listener and takes every single detail into consideration when showing properties. She understands time is valuable for her clients so only arranges viewings matching clients' criteria. Working with Frédérique was an absolutely outstanding experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every individual building, having worked here in Miami in real estate for decades. I was not able to spend time in Miami while looking. After looking in person together with her for a few days almost a year ago, we did many FaceTime walk-throughs, and in some cases she emailed me videos. Finally when I decided on my dream apt, she took care of follow up. She knew the best real estate lawyer and the best inspection people, and she took care of the final walkthrough. Frédérique was always totally focused on finding the right fit for me. Never once did she urge me to hurry up. She always had my best interest at heart and showed an enormous amount of patience as it was a slow process. I strongly recommend working with Frédérique.

We just completed our second transaction utilizing Frederique. We had bought a condo a number of years ago where Frederique had represented us.
