A fantastic experience working with Crystal! We sold our house in three days while we were overseas in Abu Dhabi. It was a seamless experience considering we had time zone changes and we’re in the middle of the Iranian war! It was a smooth process considering we had logistic issues getting back to the states for closing/selling house contents. We highly recommend Crystal and her team

"Crystal is amazing to work with". I contacted her about a house I was interested in on May 31. I closed on June 25!! Between working with her and others she connected me with (mortgage, title company, etc) it was such an efficient and organized process. Buying a house is often extremely stressful. Having an agent you can depend on, who has your best interest at heart, takes away all the stress!!

WE FEEL LIKE CRYSTAL IS FAMILY NOW! ! We had the pleasure of meeting Crystal our first day in Fernandina Beach and are so thankful we did. She worked with us tirelessly over several months to help us find the perfect home. Shopping for a home while out of state can be very stressful, but Crystal made the process so much easier for us. She went to new listings, took videos for us, returned to properties as needed to get additional pictures and measurements for us. And she even connected us with another agent in a different part of the state just so we could be sure FB was exactly where we wanted to be. Choosing Crystal was a process for my husband and I. We sat down with several realtors with questions like why should we choose you. Several responded they were the best. Crystal said I might not have the years of experience, but I have the media know how, the drive and a social media presence. And so we gave her the chance. Crystal came out the gate running with custom brochures, realtor opens, broker opens and enthusiasm. The market was soft, but she was determined. I would highly recommend Crystal if you are looking for someone determined to bring buyers in. She did the job. Thank you Crystal.
