Our chance meeting was in the final minutes of an open house on Amelia Island where we were looking for our retirement home. Crystal was locking up when we rolled up and she happily opened the home up to us and spent well over an hour highlighting the home and her personal experiences living on Amelia Island. She is kind, genuine, intelligent, and real estate savvy. Our relation continued for another 5 months where she was able to truly understand our wishes and wants in our next home and contact us as these select homes became available. She quickly and completely created an offer on a highly sought after home working late into the evening to have our offer at the front of the line when the next workday began. For a variety of reasons we ended up returning to NC to be next to aging family members rather than starting a new adventure on Amelia.
