Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Found a house on Facebook that Josh was selling. Josh helped us buy a house sight unseen in Melbourne. There were issues with the loan and Josh fought through it with us. Thanks for the help! He has even checked up on the property as we haven’t been to Melbourne yet. Highly recommend !

Joshua Singer was very knowledgeable, kind, honest, understanding, friendly and very helpful. He helped us to buy a house in Florida and did all that was needed while we were in New York. He made the transition very smooth. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a house in Florida. If you hire him, you would love it!

Josh was the right choice to sell my home. Communication was great. He set the proper expectations up front and everything went through as he expected. He listened to my needs and worked the deal to meet those needs. He never pressured us to lower the listing price. His knowledge and understanding of the market make him stand out as a true leader in the industry. Thanks Josh.

Josh took the time, with high attention to detail, to show properties, be involved throughout all the details, contribute to solve issues, and eagle eye the process professionally. I highly recommend Josh to help you sell or buy using his expertise and resources.

Josh was wonderful to work with. He listens and communicates very well. Made this process so easy as I traveled to Europe. Closing from a ship and all went without a hitch! Amazing how well he kept on top of everything! Loved working with him! Personable and always followed through with what he committed to! Can’t ask much more than that!!!! Would definitely call on him again if the occasion arose.

Josh Singer was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. He was patient and tenacious in equal turns. His mediation and negotiation skills were able to produce a successful sale in a comfortable, timely manner for a property that was proving difficult to sell due to an ongoing settlement case. His positivity and willingness to ‘make things work’ immediately gained my trust, and he was able to find the perfect buyers for my former home. I could not praise him enough, and I will definitely continue to use Mr. Singer for any of my real estate needs!
