My experience with Gina was 5- star. Our listing was beautifully created and properly priced and Gina handled our showings with the upmost professionalism. Within three months our home at 13675 SW S4th Street in Davie sold and the process from listing to contract to closing was made easy because her ongoing involvement and knowledge. I can not say enough positive things about this nice young lady. Gina is an aggressive yet not pushy seller. She has an excellent eye for detail. She is knowledgeable about the area. While selling my house, Gina made herself available every time I asked for a showing to buy another property. She was always patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was both a happy seller and buyer.

I started working with Gina last year to rent out my investment property. Gina works quickly, she placed our property on the MLS and within a couple of days she found tenants for our rental property. What I love about Gina is that she communicates with us throughout the process. Gina was responsive and always avaibale to answer any questions we had. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gina. She got things done faster than any realtor I've worked with -- set up appointments, found information, and so on. Also, she's personable and real -- not a slick sales type -- a genuinely nice person. She was prompt on returning calls, texts, and emails. In every step of the process, she was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I'd definitely work with her again and recommend her highly.

I would like to tell you about about Miss Gina... she was a total warrior in finding my family and I a property. My family and I were moving internationally to the U.S. Gina was only an email away, she replied to my questions within seconds!
