This past summer Gina helped us purchase a home for my mother-in-law. We had to fly down from the NYC area to conduct our search, and Gina lined up something like 8 showings in a single day, which was amazing. During the showings she spoke in English to us and in Spanish to my mother-in-law: it was so great to have a bilingual agent. She was respectful, patient, and knowledgable--but never pushy. It really felt like she was part of our team, helping us think through the pros and cons of any particular listing. Once we found the perfect place, she was an excellent negotiator, closing a deal for us that was significantly below asking price. Throughout the purchase process she was very responsive via text or phone calls. When we hit a snag with the HOA board, she was our instant advocate: she helped us push through the issue and close on time. Ever since the closing, which went seamlessly, my mother-in-law has been so happy in her new home. We'd recommend Gina to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you, Gina!

Gina is a wonderful person. I started the search for a condo in South Florida more than 2 years ago. I hand-picked Gina because of a review I read on Zillow. I found her to be very responsive and knowledgeable about the market and processes which made my search easy and enjoyable. She never once complained about my endless requests for information and was more than ready to volunteer advice that guided my selection. Now I know so much about buying a condo in Florida thanks to Gina.

Gina is patient, knowledgeable, hardworking and honest. I've moved at least 10 times and I've never had a realtor as responsive as Gina. When I saw a house we liked on Zillow I called her at 7am on a Friday. Gina picked up the phone and scheduled a showing for the same day. She worked quickly and was always available to answer our questions. Thanks to her patience and knowledge we were able to get the house we’ve always dreamed of. We are very grateful!

Gina is an amazing realtor! She suggested strong selling points which I implemented with her advice. My house had an offer in under 30 days! The house was professionally photographed, had a custom website, a high-quality video tour and a wonderful 3-d plan, too! Gina is conscientious, professional and well-versed in the luxury real estate market! It truly was a great experience!
