It was an absolute pleasure to work with Cassy this Spring on the purchase of our condo at Sea Oaks in Vero Beach. When we first started thinking about selling our home in Mattapoisett my husband told me he had already found a realtor or more properly she had found us. We now know that calling Cassy’s number proved a very wise move. Our first walkthrough with Cassy demonstrated her familiarity with the Village current housing market conditions and inventory. She realistically evaluated the positives and negatives of our home and quickly developed a plan of how and when to present the property. Between her knowledge verve and personality we knew Cassy would definitely be the realtor to sell our home. We found Cassy West online - the online profile portrayed her as energetic and enthusiastic which she proved throughout our experience! Cassy offered ideas for staging and prepping the house to make it more appealing and marketable which paid off.Cassy actively promoted the house through multiple media - online print and through many many open houses. Her enthusiasm and optimism was maintained throughout the marketing of the house. She is empathetic and understanding. She is a good communicator and is very responsive to calls and emails. She was always accessible and approachable.
