I asked Cassy West to act as the selling agent for my condo in the historic district of New Bedford. It was a long process involving several potential buyers who were never able to complete the deal. Throughout that period Cassy was actively engaged with open house days placing effective advertising. She always kept me informed about viable prospects and her activities on my behalf. When we decided as a family to make a major life decision and move Mom “home” we turned to Cassy to help us make that happen. Cassy carefully presented her condo as the wonderful home it was and did so in a very dynamic real estate market. From staging to showing to packing, Cassy was committed and worked diligently and empathetically to represent Mom’s condo and transition her back to New England. We were very pleased with Cassy’s approach in sharing with us the detailed process from start to finish.
