From my very first meeting with Bryan Harr, to even after my closing, Bryan has displayed extraordinary diligence and knowledge, as well as trustworthy referrals and advice in the home-buying process. He is thorough, patient and understands all of the details involved in the purchase of a house.
He does not merely show you houses for sale, but makes excellent and constructive observations that are extremely helpful based on his experience. His vast experience (see all of the titles and abbreviations after his name!!) in this business provided a wealth of knowledge that was beyond my expectations and was an invaluable part of making the whole process very smooth, comfortable and quite educational!
He answered my questions promptly (ie: lots of emails!), addressed my concerns without making me feel any pressure, and guided me during the process of purchasing my home.

Bryan Harr was my realestate agent in the recent selling of my townhouse. He made me feel comfortable in every way. He was always available to answer my phone calls with any questions I might have had and never cut the conversations short. He made sure I fully understood and showed great patience with a busy schedule. He put much effort into seeing and scheduling as many possible buyers as possible and indicated to me ways to highlight areas in my home to make it appealing. Evidently he was very professional with the possible buyers for he was able to get some serious bids within days and and papers signed within a month. He also recommended reliable movers to help me pack and move which of course eased the whole process of moving. He was a good intermediary between myself and the buyer and that made everything go smoothly. Bryan would be someone I would recommend to anyone buying or selling real estate. What can I say about Bryan Harr? I thought I would never be able to sell my little, dumpy, very old house with so many problems. He took me by the hand and step by step I did everything he told me to do. I though it would take me months. He sold it in 3 days for my top price. I wasn't even in town.
