Bryan is an absolute professional, and perfectionist. His responsiveness and work ethic are top of the line. I am a difficult personality, and cannot imagine working with someone better than Bryan. His response time is immediate and his willingness to work hard is unmatched. He is a dedicated, driven agent. He helped me navigate a somewhat challenging first time home purchase. I felt like I was his most important client, even though my purchase was relatively small for him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bryan Harr came recommended to us by a mutual friend. I am SO glad that I had the opportunity to work with him! He is very responsive, patient and well informed. He spent a great deal of time with us, sent us listings on line and ran around with us to look at lots of condos. During our negotiations, he was extremely helpful and we got a great price. Now that we are going to rent out this condo, he has really gone out of his way to help us set it up, stage it and get it ready for the rental listing.
