Lakeside Social debuts at Viera Town Center Park just in time for summer gatherings. The owner behind local favorites such as 4th Street Fillin Station and The Alibi partnered on the all-day community hub, which features an open-air entertainment venue, elevated food vendor park, and multiple bars, including a waterfront concept inspired by wave and boathouse architecture.
Visitors can also explore the park’s playground, dog park, and landscaped walking paths.

Hobe Sound is quickly emerging as a world-class golf destination. Alongside invite-only clubs such as Michael Jordan’s Grove XXIII and Discovery Land Company’s Atlantic Fields, Apogee continues to expand with a third 18-hole course designed by Kyle Phillips and a fourth by Tommy Fazio, featuring 12 short par-four holes.
