Dune House Hotel & Spa

Atlantic Beach’s former One Ocean Resort & Spa has been transformed into the Dune House Hotel & Spa, an homage to Jacksonville architect William Morgan’s iconic Dune House. The 193-room property’s full renovation incorporates thoughtful local references, including Sea Turtle Scoops ice cream shop, alongside several dining venues such as Coastal Farmer steakhouse and the poolside tiki bar, Soothsayer. Guests can also indulge in spa treatments ranging from facials to a seaside thermal renewal experience.
