Salone del Mobile Milano
The Salone del Mobile Milanos new in-person and digital concept called Supersalone is on through September 10. For its inaugural online edition, attendees anywhere can reserve products for later purchase through QR codes and tune in for live-streamed talks and other events. New York Fashion Week
New York Fashion Week offers in-person presentations for the first time since February 2020. Ninety-one designers, including those who normally show in Europe like Thom Browne, are debuting Spring 2022 collections through September 12. The Met Gala
The Met Gala, fashions biggest night out in New York, switches its usual May date to September 13. Co-chaired by Amanda Gorman, Naomi Osaka, Billie Eilish and Timothe Chalamet, the annual fundraiser also celebrates the Costume Institutes 75th anniversary. The Armory Show
New Yorks Armory Show launched an online viewing platform to browse artworks, contact exhibitors and virtually attend programs. The digital experience concludes September 14, whereas the in-person event at the Javits Centerthe fairs new permanent homeis September 9-12. Art Basel
Art Basel reconvenes where it all began in Basel, Switzerland, from September 24-26, with invite-only previews starting September 20. Florida-born, luxury design fair Design Miami/ hosts the preview for its Basel edition on September 20, before opening to the public through September 26.
