Painting Process
Like many art world entities, Gavlak Gallery has gone online. Its Palm Beach location exhibits Deborah Brown: Parts Unknown through virtual viewing rooms. The American painter is fascinated by narratives mined from religion, myths, and great works of art, especially opera. In this solo show, figures depicted in dreamy, natural settings demonstrate her process of mark-making and color application.

The Chefs Table caf has been supplying the Stuart area with home-cooked meals and larger catered affairs for more than a decade. Executive chef Paolo Ferretti and his team post the nightly to-go menu on its Facebook page to order by phone or email. Sample dishes are whole-roasted chicken dinners, spinach and cheddar quiche with farmhouse salad, halibut and beet ravioli.
