Franois-Louis Vuitton (yes, from that famous French family) premieres Bordeaux wines at a Fiola Miami dinner on March 4. Each of its five courses is paired with a cuve from his private collection. A few in store are Chteau Loville-Poyferr with duck confit, Chteau Malartic-Lagravire with poached halibut, and Chteau Beauregard with chocolate mousse and mascarpone gelato.

March Madness
