Notable Coconut Grove chefs Michael Beltran of the neighborhoods Ariete and Justin Flit of Proof, which reopened in the nearby Taurus Beer & Whiskey House, partnered in Nav. Their cozy spot combines comfort food and stiff cocktails like the medicinal-minded Honeymoon in Turin. Flits famous pizzas (clam, truffles) and pastas appear alongside tuna au poivre with pommes frites.
