Art Adjacent
Basel isnt the only art game in South Florida. Founded by Palm Beach gallerist Sarah Gavlak, her second annual New Wave Art Wknd takes place December 6-8. Proceeds from this years private tours and lavish lunches and dinners at collectors homes, including Amy Phelans incredible abode, will go toward establishing an artist residency for immigrants in West Palm Beach.

Daniels Delicacy
Daniel Boulud and truffle season are a match made in heaven. The famous French chef celebrates the 10th anniversary of his annual truffle dinner on December 13 at Caf Boulud in Palm Beach. Following a champagne reception, diners sit down for six courses such as black truffle and game consomm with Madeira cream, and turbot with white truffles and Hakurei turnips.

Worth It
It seems like South Floridians cant get enough of luxury and exotic car shows. Case in point is Palm Beach Concours on December 8, which marks the first time Worth Avenue is closing to automobile traffic for an event in its century-long existence. Collectors can register rides for a fee, while fans can view more than 100 cars priced up to $3 million at the complimentary display.
