Elemental Force
Teresita Fernndez: Elemental, a retrospective by the Cuban-American artist and Miami native, will be exhibited at Prez Art Museum Miami from October 18 to February 9, 2020. Works range from a voyeuristic, mirrored floor sculpture dating to the Nineties to new, politically-charged landscapes. Known for multimedia materials, she also uses silk, charcoal and onyx.

Dinner in the Show
The 1989 cult film The Cook, The Thief, His Wife & Her Lover has been reimagined as an immersive dinner theater production that opens at Faena Hotel on October 18. An internationally renowned creative team including chef Michelle Bernstein is recreating the movies Le Hollandais restaurant set and sizzling plot through April.

Skip the long flight to Italy with Bal Harbour Shops Italy in Miami experiential activation from October 17-20. Attendees will be transported through fashion, gastronomy, music and art complete with a piazza installation and curated vignettes and trunk shows by the centers Italian brands such as Bulgari and Valentino (pictured).
