ONE Sothebys International Realtys Development Team recently visited Lima, Peru to showcase our portfolio of exclusive South Florida projects in collaboration with our local affiliate Peru Sothebys International Realty. The event took place at Lima Hotels Country Club with over 35 people in each session. During the morning session, an early breakfast was served to brokers while the afternoon consisted of a cocktail hour for potential clients.
ONE SIRs Executive Vice President, Fernando de Nunez y Lugones, presented our new market review for South Florida Real Estate called PERSPECTIVES. This review focuses on the economic landscape of South Florida and its influence on current real estate. On display were some of our outstanding developments such as One Thousand Museum, OKAN tower and The Fairchild Coconut Grove.
Participating in this event show the strength of our Sothebys Realty network and proves how far our global reach is with connections in South America.
