In 2018 ONE Sothebys International Realty remained a prestigious industry leader, always striving to improve and grow. Along with our fellow Sotheby's International Realty affiliates we are committed to every client, and dedicated to improving our client relations. The hard work and determination of 2,608 sales associates across the SIR Florida offices allowed us to conclude the year with a total sales volume of $8,889,522,485.
The contribution from 68 SIR affiliate offices in Florida made 2018 an incredible year. Agents closed a total of 10,215 transactions, everything from luxe condos to waterfront mansions, including 2,608 listings worth over $1 million dollars. As clients continue to trust us with their vision and one of their most important investment decisions, SIR continues to break records across Florida each year.
