Executive Vice President of ONE SIR, Fernando de Nunez y Lugones, presented this years TRENDS report. The annual real estate market report showcases facts, figures, and findings of the South Florida market. TRENDS highlights South Floridas most prominent neighborhoods with five years of market data and analysis by some of the nations leading real estate consultants. Following the presentation, cocktails were served while attendees networked and learned more about exclusive developments with insight from in-house agents.
