REAL Trends has done its proper research and established official rankings to flaunt the top real estate professionals that have made remarkable milestones. It has finally shared the new list, known as Americas Best, to the public. Note, that nearly 14,000 American real estate agents from every state are featured. To be ranked in such a list, agents must have closed at a minimum of 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2017. Recognized teams must have closed at least 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume in the past year.
The agents represented in Americas Best closed an outstanding 1,075,263.97 sides and more than $371 billion in sales volume in 2017 alone. In statistics, this represents a 20.5 percent increase in sales volume compared to last year. Congratulations to all the ONE Sothebys Realty agents and teams recognized in this years list:
