ONE Sotheby's International Realty's Development Division recently hosted a TRENDS presentation at the Renaissance Hotel in Sao Paulo. More than 45 brokers were in attendance at the event to learn about real estate in South Florida, and were then invited to a private cocktail at the Bossa Nova Sothebys office with all their agents.
The projects presented were ONE SIR exclusive developments Turnberry Ocean Club, One Thousand Museum, Okan Tower and The Reserves at Marina Palms. These luxury South Florida projects each have different aspects that make them unique, and appealing to international buyers looking for a residence in the region.
