Okan Group officially launched their new Miami projectwith a fireworks display at the Prez Art Museum Miami. Brokers, attorneys, bankers and industry insiders came together to celebrate the launch of Okan Tower, a new mixed-use tower planned for Miamis Arts & Entertainment District. The launch party was hosted on the top floor of the PAMM, with drinks and hors d'oeuvres, a violinist, and a stunning view of Biscayne Bay. The evening ended with speeches from developer Bekir Okan, One Sothebys International Realty president Daniel de la Vega and Miami Mayor Frances Suarez, followed by a fireworks show and Turkish music. Okay Tower will rise 70 stories, combining residences and a hotel, with its architecture taking inspiration from a tulip flower,
