The first tower of Metropica is nearly complete. Aftertopping off Metropica One earlier in 2018, construction has continued on the building's interior. Designed by YOO and with architecture by Chad Oppenheim, this is the first tower in the 65-acre, master-planned development that will be the center point of a vibrant urban environment in West Broward. The community will include eight residential towers in all, and tenants such as Urban Outfitters and Harrys Pizzeria. Located in the booming Sunrise area of West Broward County, Metropica residents will live in close proximity to Sawgrass Mills outlet mall and the BB&T Center, just a short drive from both Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach.
