A display for the new residential project wasfront and center at Sotheby's NYC along with the SchumacherFerrari, which set a sale record in November for a modern-era Formula One Car, fetching $7.5 million at auction. A seven-time world champion,Michael Schumacher'sGrand Prix-Winning2001 Ferrari F2001 sparked furious bidding, surpassing its pre-sale estimate of $4 to 5 million at Sotheby's flagship post-war and contemporary art sale. This was the first time a rare automobile was included in an art auction.
