Construction of YOO at Metropica is progressing rapidly, already reaching the 14th floor! The 7th floor Amenities level including a Beach Club, Fitness & Wellness Center, Club Room, a Childrens Playroom and a theater room was completed in October 2017. YOO at Metropica will be 28 stories with 263 residences upon completion, and is only the first of the developments multiple high-rise condos to begin construction.The project broke ground in November of 2015.
