YOO at Metropica, a new development in Sunrise, has completed the construction of the 7th floor amenities deck and is now reaching the 10th floor! The building's luxurious amenities include a Beach Club, Fitness & Wellness Center, Club Room, a Children's Playroom and a theater room. YOO at Metropica will be 28 stories with 263 residences upon completion, and is only the first of the development's multiple high-rise condos to begin construction. The project broke ground in November of 2015.
