Sotheby's International Realty Allies With Japanese News Publication the Nikkei

Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC partnered with the Nikkei, the most influential news publication in Japan. The alliance will be in effect through the end of 2017, enabling Sotheby's International Realtyto utilize the Nikkei'sdigital platform which reaches more than 29 million monthly readers. This exposure to Japanese buyers provides unprecedented access to an important consumer base for the luxury real estate market. According to a recent report, 93.5 percent of all property searches originating in Japan were for international listings. Sotheby's International Realty is the first real estate brand to present property listings totheNikkei'sreaders, giving consumers access to listings in nearly 70 countries and territories.
